Melissa Southorn - Owner
With 10 years of experience in the condominium management industry and a strong passion for her work, Melissa brings expert knowledge and a positive attitude to each of her properties. She has completed all three levels of the Canadian Condominium Institute – North Alberta Chapter – Condominium Manager courses.
Melissa takes a team approach to management working alongside the Board of Directors to resolve owner concerns and maintaining the property to protect everyone’s investment. Melissa enjoys all aspects of this work but especially the project management side from meeting new contractors, recommending companies that have provided exceptional service, gathering quotes, coordinating contractors, notifying residents and ensuring the project is completed to satisfaction.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, cooking delicious meals, and working with paper crafts.
