In consideration of this permission being granted, I agree: (Select each checkbox) *

1. That at all times when this animal is not in the unit, or contained in the privacy area, it shall be kept on a leash while coming and leaving the property.
2. That this pet can be walked or exercised on the property if a "pickup" bag is carried - and used - at all times.
3. The pet shall not be tied to any shrubbery or trees.
4. Pet messes shall be cleaned up on a daily basis and, if necessary, damaged areas will be replaced at the owners cost.
5. That I will pay immediately for any damages done by said animal to property or person.
6. That I will indemnify and save you harmless from any and all claims which may be made against you by reason of your permitting me to keep said cat in my condominium unit.
7. That your permission concerning this animal may be revoked at any time, as a result of any conditions not being met, at your discretion.
8. That I shall not permit my animal to run at large on any part of the property.
